Overview
The Rogues Rugby 7s Performance program is designed to identify and train ideal candidates and talented athletes to be 7s players in order to compete at some of North America's premier tournaments. We are dedicated to providing an opportunity to increase the knowledge & playing experience of junior age grade and senior players interested in 7s rugby.
Development Model
- GROWTH: Our focus is player development for male and female athletes from U14 to U23 and the pursuit of competition at the highest levels.
- DEVELOPMENT: We emphasize performance with the appreciation for and enjoyment of all the positive aspects of rugby for our developing athletes that will help contribute to their long-term engagement in the sport of rugby.
- CULTURE: We take pride in the fact that our male and female programs train alongside with one another, and tour together. Our coaching staff routinely collaborate with one another and share ideas. And ultimately, our athlete's benefit from our shared knowledge and positive culture.
